How to replace Fuel Level Sending Unit on 2005 kia sportage?

The procedure is as below :---

Removal & Installation

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions section.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the rear seat cushion frame hinge bolts, and then lift the cushion.
4. Remove the service cover under the carpet.
5. Disconnect the fuel sender wiring connector.
6. Disconnect the suction hose.
7. Remove the fuel sender plate mounting bolts.
8. Remove the fuel sender assembly.
9. Cover or seal the fuel tank until installing the fuel pump assembly.

To install:

1. Inspect the fuel sender seal for cracks or other signs of damage and replace if necessary.
2. Remove the temporary covering or seal that was used to protect the tank.
3. Install the fuel sender into the fuel tank and secure with the mounting bolts.
4. Connect the suction hose.
5. Connect the fuel sender electrical connector.
6. Install the service cover and rear seat cushion.
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
