leaking valve seals on Auto?

If the valve seals are leaking, then it has to be replaced.When it gets old and worn out it gets loose and form bit of cracks, this cause leak.The valve stem seals can be replaced without removing the cylinder head(s) using special tools, so the cost would be be around $600.00 for the V6 engine and about $350.00 for the 4 cylinder engine.
The cost of seals is not very much, but replacing the valve seal is time consuming job.So the labor cost is very high.
