The details for Exhaust gas re-circulation plate is as follows :----

An exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) plate. This is a ported plate that allow exaust gasses to be recirculated back into the intake stream. Attached to it is the EGR valve itself. Here is a pic diagram showing the assembly. The plate is listed here as a carburator spacer.
