Where is Blower motor located on Buick Park Avenue?

The blower is found under the passenger side of the instrument panel. 
To replace blower motor  you will need to remove the sound insulator under the passenger side, then you will see the blower motor. 
Its underneath the glove-box,so glove box assembly parts are no need to be removed.
