The procedure to do this is as follows :----
The lower front speaker grille will need to be removed first by removing the screws along the back edge of the rear cover as shown in the pic below. then just pop the lower speaker grille off then you will see the screws along the bottom edge of the front control panel and also on the rear edge again then that panel lifts off but you will need to reach behind as your removing it to unplug the wires that are hooked to both small circuit boards on that panel ( keyboard & aux input boards).
