How to Replace Fuel Pressure Regulator on Ford E series Van?

The details to replace Fuel pressure regulator is as follows:----

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION procedure is mentioned below:----

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the pushpin retainers and the upper air deflector.
4. Remove the power steering reservoir bracket bolts.
5. Remove the power steering fluid indicator and 3 bolts. Remove the power steering reservoir mounting bracket. Install the power steering fluid indicator and position the power steering reservoir aside.
6. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe.
7. Loosen the clamps and remove the ACL outlet pipe.
8. Loosen the clamps and remove the CAC tube.
9. Remove the secondary fuel filter and remove all fuel from the filter housing.
10. Disconnect the fuel return tube from the regulator cover.
    
    WARNING

    Clean all fuel residue from the engine compartment. If not removed, fuel residue may ignite when the engine is returned to operation. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.
11. Remove the screws and the fuel pressure regulator cover.
12. Remove and discard the fuel pressure regulator cover O-ring seal.
13. Remove the spring and poppet valve.
14. Installation is the reverse order of removal. Clean the fuel pressure regulator bore in the fuel filter housing before installation.
