Mercedes Power windows and Regulator Removal?

The procedure to replace power windows and power window regulator.

The details are for all types of Mercedes Benz Truck models.

Door Glass & Regulator replacing details:---

Power Windows

Removal & Installation
Motor
Front

1. Remove the door panel. Refer to the door lock removal procedure.
2. Detach the electrical connection from the motor. Remove the bolts, then remove the motor from the door.

Rear

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions section.
2. Remove the door panel. Refer to the door lock removal procedure.
3. Remove the bolts securing the door glass to the window lift.
4. Detach the electrical connection from the motor.
5. Drill out the rivets securing the lift to the door.
6. Carefully guide the assembly out from the opening in the bottom of the door.
7. Remove the bolts securing the motor and remove the motor from the lift assembly.
8. Installation is the reverse of removal. Grease the gear on the motor and the lift guide lightly.

Switch
Front

The door lock switch, power window switches and mirror control switches are integrated into one unit and can only be replaced as an entire unit. Refer to the power door lock switch procedure.

Rear

1. Lift the armrest and remove the screws securing it. Remove the stowage box located under the armrest.
2. Unplug the electrical connections from the switches. Carefully remove the switch from the rear of the console.
3. Installation is the reverse of removal.
